The villa is decorated and furnished with style and is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is a spacious open kitchen with table and chairs. The double doors of the room allow light into the room on both sides of the house and offer beautiful views of the countryside. The living room has a fireplace that offers a nice and warm atmosphere in winter evenings. A cloakroom completes the ground floor. On the first floor are three bedrooms . The double bedroom is very spacious and bright, has access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower (en-suite). The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and share a bathroom with bath and shower. One of them also have access to the terrace. There are washing machine and iron available to the tenant. Exterior: The land on which it is built this house is surrounded by countryside and favors a peaceful environment, away from the bustle of summer. In front of the town a large carob tree provides welcome shade. At the rear is where the garden, furnished terrace to enjoy al fresco dining and swimming pool (7m x 4m). Around this there is a terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The house also has a mobile barbecue. Area and surroundings: This house is located about 2km from Santanyí Majorcan village with a variety of restaurants and shops. The weekly market is held every Wednesday and Saturday morning is highly recommended if you are looking for local products. Cala d'Or, known tourist area, is just 15 minutes drive away and offers visitors lively pedestrian streets with shops, restaurants and a nice nightlife. Cala d'Or also receives many visitors for its magnificent harbour and promenade where there are restaurants overlooking the sea , and sandy coves. Important: sheets, towels, dish towels, final cleaning and electricity costs, water and gas are included in the price. Also included in the price the first cot and high chair if requested.
